Once you order on our website..it will be delivered in 3 - 5 days, Shipping by FedEx

By placing an order, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

✔ You have 3 days after delivery to inspect and test the product.

✔ Test only 10–15 grams of hair (burn, wash, or color test).

✔ If there is a genuine quality issue, return the product within 3 days in its original, unused condition.

No Refunds If:

• Hair has been installed or used.
• Hair has been cut, dyed, bleached, or chemically treated.
• Product is damaged by the customer.
• The full product is not returned.
• The return request is made after 3 days.

Refunds are approved only after we receive the same product in its original condition.
