Welcome to Narshe Hair Factory. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

We sell human hair products including bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, extensions and other hair products. Since our hair is a natural product, slight differences in texture, color, density and appearance may occur.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed after successful payment. Please check your product selection and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped through international courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 3 days after delivery to inspect and test the product.

Only a small amount of hair, approximately 10–15 grams, may be tested before installation.

If there is a genuine product issue, please contact us within 3 days with photos or videos if requested.

5. No Return After Installation or Use

No return or refund will be accepted after the hair has been installed or used.

This includes hair that has been:

• Installed or worn

• Cut or altered

• Dyed or bleached

• Chemically treated

• Washed or damaged through use

Please inspect and test the hair before installation or any alteration.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please do not install or alter the product before contacting us.

7. Customs & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by their country.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper installation, care and maintenance of the hair. Narshe Hair Factory is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, chemicals, coloring, bleaching or improper care.

9. Changes to Terms

Narshe Hair Factory may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be available on our website.
